• The City of Longmont’s COPE (Citizen’s Option to Provide Energy) allows citizens and businesses of Longmont to assist our neighbors in need. When a citizen cannot pay his monthly utility bill, he can access this fund for help.

• If you wish to make a one-time contribution, check the appropriate box and fill in the amount you would like to contribute. When paying your utility bill, simply add that amount to your payment. Your entire contribution will be used to help pay utility bills for Longmont residents, there are no administrative costs.
