Account Number: A combination of your customer number and the number assigned to the address where your service is delivered. Customer number and premises number are separated by a hyphen on your bill and can be found in the top right hand corner of the bill.

Customer Name: Primary name that the City of Longmont has on your billing account. We may also have the name of a co-applicant that does not print on your billing statement.

Premises Address: Service address where utilities are being delivered.

Account Status: Current status of this account with the City of Longmont. "Active" indicates that we are currently providing services to this address. "Inactive" indicates that services are no longer being provided. "New" indicates that services are not yet being provided. "Final" indicates that services have recently been disconnected and that a final bill is being calculated for this account.
