Account Number: A combination of your customer number and the number assigned to the address where your service is delivered. Customer number and premises number are separated by a hyphen on your bill and can be found in the top right hand corner of the bill.

Customer Name: Primary name that the City of Longmont has on your billing account. We may also have the name of a co-applicant that does not print on your billing statement.

Premises Address: Service address where utilities are being delivered.

Account Balance: The total balance due on your account, updated on our website nightly. If you need additional account balance information, please call Customer Service at (303) 651-8664.

Past Due Amount: Total amount that is past due and subject to delinquency processing. For more information, please click at the bottom of the "Account Information" screen where you see the following statement, "Click here for more information if you have a past due balance".

Last Bill Amount: The total amount of your last monthly bill.This does not include any prior balances not yet paid or any adjustments made since the last bill date.

Due Date of Last Bill: The date your last bill is due at the City of Longmont Utility Billing Division.

Payments (since last bill date): Payments received at the City of Longmont since your last bill was calculated, updated on our website every nightly. Call Customer Service at (303) 651-8664 if you need additional payment information.

Adjustments (since last bill date): Any adjustment (either debit or credit) made to your account since you received your last bill. These amounts will be printed on your next billing statement.

Account Status: Current status of this account with the City of Longmont. "Active" indicates that we are currently providing services to this address. "Inactive" indicates that services are no longer being provided. "New" indicates that services are not yet being provided. "Final" indicates that services have recently been disconnected and that a final bill is being calculated for this account.
